The West Side occupies two floors, including an open plan living room, kitchen, and dining room off the front entrance, and an upstairs salon and media room that opens onto a covered deck overlooking the rear garden. The chef’s kitchen includes an induction range, convection oven, microwave, wine refrigerator, and ice maker. A blender, coffee and tea makers, and various small appliances, as well as all necessary cooking and serving implements are provided. There is a powder room on the main floor. A laundry room with washer and dryer is available on the basement level, where guests will also find an iron and ironing board. Housekeeping services are available for longer stays and upon request.
Two serene bedrooms (one queen, one king) each include a closet or wardrobe, desk with charging outlet, and private en suite bath with walk-in shower. In addition, the upstairs king bedroom en suite bath includes a soaking tub. The queen bedroom on the main floor opens onto a private deck overlooking the back garden. All bathrooms are equipped with hair dryers, soaps, and extra linens.
